Rōgetsu Katana 狼月

Named Rōgetsu, the Wolf Moon, this katana embodies the quiet strength and unwavering loyalty of the wolf beneath a moonlit sky. Its fittings tell a unified story: a running wolf menuki symbolises endurance and instinct in motion, while the pommel depicts a lone wolf howling to the moon—a timeless image of resolve, independence, and guardianship.

Forged from 1095 carbon steel, the blade is oil-quenched and tempered for resilience, with a bo-hi that lends both balance and a clean, purposeful profile. The matte black scabbard, dusted with subtle black speckles, recalls a night sky scattered with distant stars, reinforcing the blade’s calm yet watchful presence.
