1. Must I create an account to be able to make purchases?

Yes, this is to ensure that the requirements of the local laws are met especially for items that are controlled. Local laws require us to record your personal particulars and contact number when purchasing a controlled item such as the swords featured on this site. This however shall not apply to overseas customers.

Having a record with us means speeding up of the processing of your next purchase. Registered customer will also get regular product updates when you have an account with us.

We value your privacy. We do not sell or share your data to other 3rd party.

Licensing FAQ

1. Is there any requirement to purchase?

It is required by Singapore local laws for us to record your (Singaporeans, PR and current residents of Singapore only) personal particulars and your contact information when you purchase any controlled item (swords, fixed blades, karambits, machetes, folders, anime swords, katana etc) listed on the site. Customers need to be 18 years old and above when they purchase the controlled item. Not all items required such registration.

There is no restriction for overseas customers when they purchase from us. However we strongly recommend overseas customers to check with their local custom for the most updated import policy. We will not be liable for any returns/refunds arise from such issues.

Delivery FAQ

1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship to most regions. Overseas buyers may key in their local addresses during check out for the shipping fees to be calculated into the total payable amount.

For overseas shipping of controlled items such as swords, we strongly encourage you to check with your respective local customs about your local requirements. Custom regulations vary from country to country and are subject to change from time to time. We will not be responsible for any arising issues due to your local custom restrictions.

2. How are the shipping rates calculated?

A minimum $10 local shipping rate is applicable for purchase below $49. All purchases above $49 will enjoy free local shipping unless otherwise stated.

3. How would I know when my product is arriving?

We use various shipping mode to ship your purchase. You will receive an email stating the release of the purchase. Orders are shipped within 2 working days once payment is received. For overseas delivery, the most appropriate method will be chosen for the goods to be sent to the respective country.

4. Will I be charged customs or import duties?

No customs and import duties will be charged for local Singapore delivery. GST is already included in your purchase amount. For overseas customers, please check with your custom for the imposed custom and import duties. Our price does not include these duties.

1. What type of payment mode do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. More payment options will be available soon. All prices stated are in Singapore dollar.

After sales FAQ

1. An item is missing in my order, what should I do?

You can email us the situation at webstore@caesars.com.sg and indicate your receipt number and the missing item. Upon confirmation from us, we will ship the missing item to you.

2. I have received an incorrect item in my order, what should I do?

Should you receive an incorrect item, please write to us at webstore@caesars.com.sg and indicate your receipt number, item number and include pictures (where applicable) to let us know what you have received and what you had order. Upon confirmation from us, we will ship the correct item over.

For valid cases, we will issue you an RMA number via e-mail and you can return the item back to us for credit/ or exchange of a new item. Please note that we will impose a 25% restocking fee on items return without valid RMA number.

3. I have been delivered a faulty item, what should I do?

Should you face any quality issues, please write to us at webstore@caesars.com.sg and indicate your receipt number, item number and include pictures where applicable. We will assess your case. For valid cases, we will issue you an RMA number via e-mail and you can return the item back to us for credit/ or exchange for a new item. Please note that we will impose a 25% restocking fee on items return without valid RMA number.

We deserve the right to reject returns that we deem abuse, misuse or neglect by the purchaser. No refunds for the product will be entertained.
