These terms and conditions (Terms) govern all sales of Products by Caesars and Renaissance Empire to you as a buyer. By purchasing any product on this site, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Caesars.
1.1 Business Day means any day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Singapore.
1.2 All prices stated on this site are in Singapore Dollars.
1.3 GST means any goods and services tax chargeable under the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap.117A).
1.4 Order means any order for Products placed by you through the Site.
1.5 Caesars and Renaissance Empire means Caesars and Renaissance Empire Pte Ltd.
1.6 Products means the products which are available for purchase from the Site and a Product is any one of them.
2.1 Local delivery charges is at S$5 per trip and is Free for orders above S$500. Delivery charges does not include installation or any other services other than the product itself.
2.2 All prices are specified in S$. Delivery of Products to delivery addresses outside of Singapore will attract international shipping charges and may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees), which are not inclusive in the price.
2.3 Prices are subject to change at any time but changes will not affect any Order that Caesars has accepted.
2.4 Caesars and Renaissance Empire accepts major credit cards as payment mode.
3.1 By placing an Order, you warrant that you are: (i) legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and (ii) you are at least 18 years old.
3.2 Upon confirmation of payment, Caesars and Renaissance Empire will contact you via email or phone to fix the delivery schedule ( where applicable ) and dispatch the Products to the address that you specify for delivery in the Order. Caesars & Renaissance Empire will try to deliver within the the quoted timeframe but such timeframe is an estimate only based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. Caesars and Renaissance Empire will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.
3.3 You agree that subject to availability of Products, Caesars and Renaissance Empire reserves the right to deliver the Products in instalments. Additional shipping cost arises from such arrangement will be under Caesars and Renaissance Empire cost.
3.4 The Products are at your risk until delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when Caesars and Renaissance Empire receives full payment including delivery charges (where applicable).
4.1 Except for Products that are defective or damaged upon delivery to you, all sales are deemed as final and Products cannot be returned or exchanged.
4.2 If you receive a defective or damaged Product, you must notify Caesars and Renaissance Empire in within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the Product, after which Caesars and Renaissance Empire shall have no liability to you. Caesars and Renaissance Empire's obligation to you in respect of such notification will be at its option to: (i) replace any Product that is defective or damaged; or (ii) refund to you the amount paid by you for the relevant Product to the original method of payment.
5.1 A binding agreement for Caesars and Renaissance Empire to sell you Products is made on these Terms when Caesars and Renaissance Empire accepts an Order in accordance with Clause 5.2.
5.2 Each Order placed by you with Caesars and Renaissance Empire is only confirmed when Caesars and Renaissance Empire sends you an email that confirms that the Products have been dispatched.
6.1 To the extent permitted by law, Caesars and Renaissance Empire makes no warranty or representation that any Product will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, or that it will not infringe the rights of third parties.
6.2 Caesars and Renaissance Empire will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any Order, however caused, even if foreseeable.
6.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts Caesars and Renaissance Empire's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any matter for which it would be illegal for it to exclude its liability.
7.1 Caesars and Renaissance Empire will not be liable or responsible for any failure to deliver Products you ordered that is caused by any event outside its reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
7.2 Caesars and Renaissance Empire's performance under these Terms is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and Caesars and Renaissance Empire will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.
8.1 The Products are subject to copyright laws and protection and are sold to you on the basis that you comply with the provisions of any copyright notices thereon and therein. Under no circumstances shall Caesars and Renaissance Empire be liable to you for any of your actions which are in breach of such copyright laws and provisions.
8.2 You acknowledge that all trademarks, logos and other intellectual property rights used as part of the Site belongs to Caesars and Renaissance Empire or another party. No person or entity may reproduce or use such trademarks, logos or intellectual property in any manner other than expressly authorised by Caesars & Renaissance Empire or the relevant third party.
9.1 All notices shall be given by email to Caesars and Renaissance Empire at webstore@Caesars.com.sg Caesars and Renaissance Empire may send notices to you at the email address you provided at the time that you place the Order. A notice shall be deemed received if sent by email the day of sending if the email is received in full on a Business Day and on the next Business Day if the email is sent on a non-Business Day.
10.1 Singapore law, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms.
10.2 In any claim or action by or against you directly or indirectly arising under these Terms, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
11.1 Caesars and Renaissance Empire may amend these Terms from time to time by posting revised terms on the Site, which shall apply to all Orders placed after such date.
11.2 If any of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. If any Term shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that Term shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms.
11.3 The failure of Caesars and Renaissance Empire to exercise or enforce any of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance.
