Born in Fulda, Germany, in 1993, Alex Kremer began making knives at the age of 18. His designs are shaped by his travels through Scandinavia, where clean lines, functional simplicity, and practical solutions define his approach. The AK1 Drop Point embodies this philosophy with its compact profile, versatile performance, and focus on essential features.

The drop point blade is crafted from powder metallurgical MagnaCut steel with a hardness of 62 HRC (±1). This advanced steel combines outstanding edge retention, excellent toughness, and superior corrosion resistance, allowing the blade to maintain sharpness through demanding daily use while remaining resistant to chipping and easy to maintain.

The highlight of this model is the elegant black birch burl handle scales. Each set features a unique natural grain pattern, giving every knife its own individual character. Beyond its refined appearance, the wood provides a warm and comfortable feel in hand, while the ergonomic design ensures a secure grip and precise control during cutting tasks.
