No, we sell replicas of guns and swords that are used in the ancient days. The materials used in our merchandise are not meant for sparring or firing. They are meant to be a decorative ornament at your home or office for your viewing pleasure.

While the replica guns have working mechanism, the barrels are sealed and the materials used cannot withstand the heat generated from an actual firing.

The decorative swords that we sell are mostly made of 420J2 stainless steel. The choice of material is meant to keep maintenance to a minimum. They look like a real weapon but are meant to be a decoration piece.

Caesars is a licensed seller of the merchandise that we carried in store. It is required by local laws for us to record your personal particulars and your contact number when you purchased a controlled item such as the replica guns and or sword.

Each buyer for controlled items, such as replica gun and or sword has to be at least 18 years old.

Yes, they can. We will however recommend you to check with your respective local custom and its local requirement. Custom regulations for different countries may change from time to time, and Caesars shall not be responsible for any arising issues.

We highly advice you to put those replicas in your luggage and declared the items when you checked in your luggage.

Caesars provide a limited warranty on the products purchased at our retail boutiques for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please write to return@caesars.com.sg should you face quality issues. Kindly indicate the receipt number, the date of purchase and include pictures where applicable.

We highly recommend customer to inspect their purchases before leaving the store. Occassionally, we receive feedback from customers that have damaged their purchases from mishandling. If you need advise on product handling, please approach our shop personnel for assistance.

Pre-order procedure applies when a customer is interested to purchase a particular item that is currently not in stock at our retail boutiques.

Procedures

1. Customer will need to check with Caesars Sales personnel for availability of the item.
2. Upon ascertain of the availability of the item, a pre order may be placed with a 50% deposit.
3. The balance 50% will be payable upon the collection of the ordered item

The usual waiting period is approximately 2 - 3 months. We strive to shorten the waiting time though there may be rare instances whereby shipments are delayed and require as long as 6 - 9 months to arrive.

Customers are required to furnish their contact number, address and email when they place their orders. Upon arrival of the items, Caesars will contact customers in sequence of ordering. For limited edition items, this is significant as earlier booking gives a better chance to secure a good serial number for your item.

Caesars reserve the right to forfeit the deposit made by the customer if the customer fails to pick up the item within 1 month of notice. The item will also be allocated to other customers without prior notice to the intended customer.

Yes, you can. Upon making your pre-order on the product, we will be happy to quote you the relevant shipping charges required to ship your purchase to your designated country. The shipping charges exclude your local country's taxes and duties.

All we need is for you to place a 50% non refundable deposit at our store. The balance is payable when you pick up the goods. Estimated time frame of delivery is 3 to 4 months, subjective to the delivery schedule of the manufacturer.

Acrylic is a clear plastic that resembles glass, but has properties that makes it superior to glass in many ways.

Minimal maintenance is required on acrylic. In most instances, a clean cloth to clean the exterior surface is sufficed.

Standard sizes (that fit most of our products in stores) start from $50* onwards. For example, a standard design acrylic case for our full size Japanese sword is $90. Prices for customised requests will be quoted on a case by case basis.

Prices varies with the complexity of the work and the thickness of the material used.
